Sellers want to know the worth of their house and banks need to ensure that they’re not landing themselves into a soup by financing loans for properties with less worth than advertised. Since, appraisal is a fluid process; it depends on various factors like the age of structure, its condition, the surroundings and neighborhood, and its proximity to services. Subsequently, values can change in a blink and leave both buyers as well as the sellers speculating as to what happened.Is this right information Real estate marketing examples? I didn't get the right solution.
